Festival Volunteers
We’re excited to welcome volunteers for the first shift of the Latino Festival! There are a variety of roles available to match different interests and skills. Please review the options below that you may be asked to assist with.
Please note: While we welcome group sign-ups and specific requests, festival assignments are not guaranteed, and volunteer groups may be split up based on the needs of the event. We’ll do our best to accommodate preferences whenever possible, but flexibility is greatly appreciated to help the festival run smoothly for everyone.
Volunteer Roles – First Shift
Greeter Table Volunteers
Be the friendly face that welcomes guests to the festival! Greeters will hand out event programs, answer basic questions, and direct attendees to attractions, vendors, and facilities. This role is perfect for outgoing volunteers who love helping people feel at home.
Beverage Station Volunteers
Support one of our busiest areas by assisting at our beverage booths. Volunteers will help with distributing drinks, managing restocking, and handling simple cash transactions. A great role for those who enjoy fast-paced, customer-facing work.
Kids Area Volunteers
Help create a safe and fun environment for children! Volunteers will supervise play stations and activities, assist families, and keep the area clean and welcoming. Perfect for anyone who enjoys working with children and spreading smiles.
Donations & Raffles Volunteers
Assist with our raffle and donation activities by engaging attendees, explaining how raffles work, selling tickets, and supporting the prize process. This role is ideal for volunteers who are enthusiastic, friendly, and comfortable handling small transactions.
Volunteer Check-In Table
Be the first point of contact for fellow volunteers! Volunteers at this table will help check in arriving volunteers, provide instructions for their shift, and answer any general questions. Great for detail-oriented individuals who enjoy helping others get started.
