Festival Volunteers

Thank you for joining us for the second shift of the Latino Festival! Your time and energy will help us keep the event running smoothly into the evening. Below are the available volunteer roles. Each one is important and offers a great way to connect with the community and contribute to a vibrant celebration!

Please Note: While we welcome group sign-ups and specific requests, festival assignments are not guaranteed, and volunteer groups may be split up based on the needs of the event. We’ll do our best to accommodate preferences whenever possible, but flexibility is greatly appreciated to help the festival run smoothly for everyone.

Greeter Table Volunteers

Help welcome festival guests with a warm smile! Greeters will hand out event programs, answer questions, and direct attendees to various festival areas. Ideal for friendly and outgoing volunteers who enjoy helping people feel informed and welcomed.

Beverage Station Volunteers

Support our beverage stations by distributing drinks, keeping supplies stocked, and handling simple cash transactions. This is a great role for volunteers who are customer-service oriented and enjoy being in the center of the action.

Kids Area Volunteers

Bring the fun! Volunteers in the kids area will supervise games and activities, assist families, and help maintain a clean and safe play environment. This role is perfect for those who enjoy working with children and spreading joy.

Donations & Raffles Volunteers

Get involved with our exciting raffle area by helping attendees purchase tickets, answering questions, and assisting with the prize process. A great match for volunteers who are enthusiastic, engaging, and comfortable handling small transactions.

Volunteer Check-In Table

Keep everything organized behind the scenes! Volunteers at this table will welcome incoming volunteers, provide guidance on shift duties, and support scheduling. Ideal for detail-oriented individuals with strong communication skills.
