Are you passionate about making a difference in your community? Rise needs your help! We are seeking dedicated volunteers to assist with distributing over 1,000 backpacks from August 25th through the 27th. This is a crucial time when we need all hands on deck to ensure a smooth and successful distribution process.
Volunteer Requirements:
- Must be 17 years of age or older. No children or siblings, please.
- Ability to lift 25 lbs or more. This is a physically laborious outdoor task.
- Good at following directions and working in the summer weather.
- Flexibility to assist with various tasks as needed.
- Volunteers should arrive 5 minutes before their shift for check-in and briefing.
- Water and snacks will be provided for all volunteers.
- Please wear comfortable clothing and closed-toed shoes.
Dates of distribution will be as follows:
8/25 10am-4pm For Registered Rise Clients
8/26 10am-4pm For Registered Rise Clients
8/27 10am-7pm For Non-Registered Rise Clients
