Holiday Gift Drive-Thru Volunteer Waitlist

Note: This event will be held outdoors. Please dress warmly in layers and leave personal belongings in your vehicle.
Thank you for joining our waitlist, and for your flexibility as we finalize volunteer roles. We’re thrilled you want to volunteer for our Holiday Gift Drive-Thru, and we will confirm your assignment as we approach the event date!
We are deeply grateful for your support in making this event a success and ensuring that our neighbors have a joyful holiday season.
Due to the high volume of interest, this sign-up serves as a waitlist. Volunteers will be assigned to roles based on availability and need, and assignments may shift as needed. Flexibility is appreciated to ensure a successful event for our community!
Volunteer Stations & Shifts (Under review and subject to change):
1. Set-Up Crew
Shift: 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM
Tasks: Prepare tables, organize gift stations, and set up the distribution area.
2. Distribution Crew
Shift: 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Tasks: Assist families at designated stations, hand out gifts, and keep up the holiday spirit!
3. Clean-Up Crew
Shift: 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM
Tasks: Pack up remaining items, clean up, and ensure the space is left tidy.
Volunteer Tasks:
- Distribution: Assist in distributing gifts to families. This task may require lifting at least 25 lbs of items.
- Set-Up & Clean-Up: Aid in setting up distribution stations and ensuring the area is clean and safe. Tasks include organizing supplies and cleaning up after the event.
Important Information:
Check-In Process: To expedite your check-in and track your volunteer hours, please download the "Causer" app before arriving or scan the QR Code.
- Age Requirement: Volunteers must be 16 years or older. Due to safety concerns, younger volunteers and small children are not permitted.
- Physical Requirements: This activity will take place outdoors and will require some lifting of heavy items (25 lbs or more).
- Task Assignment: Volunteers will be assigned tasks as needed. Please be aware that we cannot guarantee groups will stay together, as tasks may require volunteers to move between different stations.
Volunteer Attire:
Please wear layers to stay warm, as this is an outdoor event. We encourage festive clothing—holiday sweaters, hats, or seasonal accessories add cheer!
